Upgrade model

UUPS (ERC-1967) proxies with ERC-7201 namespaced storage. Pools are BeaconProxy instances, so one layout-checked implementation upgrade reaches every pool. Each upgrade is validated against the previous storage layout with OpenZeppelin Foundry Upgrades before it ships.
